About the exhibition
With the theme of "New Era, Shared Future", the China International Import Expo (CIIE) is the world's first national-level exhibition focused solely on imports. Co-organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the business exhibition is structured into six major areas: Food and Agricultural Products, Automobiles, Intelligent Industry & Information Technology, Consumer Goods, Medical Equipment & Healthcare Products, and Trade in Services. Each area features specialized sub-sections to cluster exhibitors from the same industry, fostering professional networking. An Innovation Incubation Special Section is dedicated to seed-stage, startup, and growth-stage enterprises. CIIE serves as a key platform for opening China's market to the world and promoting international trade cooperation.
