Taizhou

About the city

Taizhou is a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province, situated on the northern bank of the Yangtze River in the central part of the province. The city administers the Hailing, Gaogang, and Jiangyan districts as well as the county-level cities of Jingjiang, Taixing, and Xinghua. Historically an important commercial hub along the Yangtze, Taizhou remains an active manufacturing and logistics center within the Yangtze River Delta.
