About the exhibition
International Mushroom Days (Xiamen) Innovation Expo — the Edible Fungi Whole Industry Chain (Xiamen) Innovation Expo — is hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Foodstuffs, Native Produce & Animal By-Products (CFNA) and will be held from September 20 to 22, 2026 at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center. Themed 'Foundation Building, Connection, and Leadership' (筑基·链接·领航), the expo abandons the traditional linear display model and plans three core value clusters: (1) Smart Manufacturing and Sustainable Infrastructure (strains, smart factories, automated equipment, green packaging), (2) Deep Processing and Brand Innovation (freeze-drying, extraction, functional foods, consumer brands), and (3) Regional Characteristics and Global Trade (regional brands, international associations, cross-border e-commerce, procurement matchmaking). Total exhibition scale is 17,000 m², with 300+ exhibitors and 5,000+ visitors expected.
