Fujian Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center (SICEC) is a landmark exhibition venue located in Cangshan District, Fuzhou, on the southern bank of the Minjiang River. Opened in 2010, the complex was developed as a key infrastructure project for the West Bank Economic Zone, designed to strengthen economic and cultural ties between Fujian Province and Taiwan. The building’s distinctive butterfly-shaped architecture symbolizes cross-strait connection and has become an iconic feature of the city’s skyline.

Covering a total area of 120,000 square meters, SICEC comprises multiple exhibition halls, conference centers, and supporting facilities. The venue is equipped to host large-scale trade fairs, summits, and corporate events, with modern amenities for both exhibitors and attendees. Its strategic location along the riverside offers convenient access to downtown Fuzhou and transportation links.
