About venue

The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) is a state-level exhibition complex jointly developed by China's Ministry of Commerce and the Tianjin Municipal Government. Located at No. 888 Guozhan Avenue in the Xianshuigu Town of Jinnan District, it ranks as the third largest exhibition center in China, following the facilities in Shanghai and Guangzhou. Phase I was completed in June 2021, offering a construction area of 800,000 square meters and an indoor exhibition area of 200,000 square meters. Upon full completion, the entire complex will encompass a total construction area of approximately 1.38 million square meters, with an indoor exhibition area of 400,000 square meters and an outdoor exhibition area of 158,000 square meters.

The venue integrates exhibition, conference, commercial, office, and hotel functions into a single modern complex. Its design follows international standards and features a simple cross-axis layout that facilitates efficient traffic flow and flexible space utilization. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to host large-scale trade shows, conventions, corporate events, and public exhibitions. Its strategic location in Tianjin, a major port city and economic hub in northern China, enhances its accessibility and appeal to both domestic and international exhibitors.

As a key driver of the local exhibition economy, the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) plays a pivotal role in the development of the MICE industry in the Bohai Rim region. The center's expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, coupled with its comprehensive supporting infrastructure, make it an ideal venue for a wide variety of events, ranging from industrial exhibitions and consumer fairs to cultural performances and large-scale conferences. The facility is designed to accommodate the growing demand for high-quality exhibition spaces in northern China, serving as a landmark destination for global business events.
