Wuhan Living Room · China Culture Expo Center is a landmark exhibition complex located in the Jinyin Tan area of Dongxihu District, Wuhan, Hubei Province. As part of a massive cultural development project with a total investment exceeding 10 billion yuan, the venue is designed to serve as a premier platform for cultural exchange, trade shows, and large-scale events in central China. The complex spans over 100,000 square meters of dedicated exhibition space, supported by a 50,000-square-meter conference center, a 30,000-square-meter folk collection museum, a 200,000-square-meter cultural art trading center, and a 500,000-square-meter creative industry base.

The venue distinguishes itself with its striking architectural identity, featuring the Wuhan Art Building twin towers rising 120 meters, their facades inspired by stacked books. This design reflects the center’s focus on culture and creativity. The entire complex is a joint venture between Zall Development Co., Ltd. and cultural institutions from Singapore, Hong Kong, and France, positioning it as an internationally oriented hub. Its extensive indoor and outdoor spaces accommodate a wide range of events, including trade fairs, art exhibitions, conventions, corporate meetings, and cultural performances.

Strategically situated near the Wuhan Tianhe International Airport and major highways, the expo center benefits from excellent connectivity to the city center and beyond. The surrounding Jinyin Tan area is emerging as a dynamic commercial and cultural district, further enhancing the venue’s appeal for both domestic and international event organizers.
